This role is FULLY REMOTE, ideally eastern time or central zone. (Must be able to work EST working hours). This is a great role for someone who enjoys tax but not in a public accounting setting. This is with growing, PE backed, industry leader.

Prepare tax returns and extensions
Tax planning & strategy. Calculate tax estimates
Tax research
Correspondence with clients, advisors, tax authorities
Special Tax Projects

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance
1-2+ years of Tax Preparation experience - public accounting
Knowledge of K1s

Nice to have:

Experience with Form 990

CPA and or Masters Degree

Foreign Tax filings
