Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

Partner with the CFO and department leaders to align people initiatives with business goals across the corporate entity and multiple related entities
Develop and implement practical HR programs around recruiting, retention, engagement, and development
Build scalable processes as the Company continues to grow
Talent & Team Development

Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees at various levels within the organization
Manage performance review process and help managers with coaching and feedback
Create development opportunities and career paths for our team members
Lead our employee engagement efforts, from surveys to action plans
HR Operations & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the existing HR team
Manage HR operations including compensation and benefits administration, 401(k) administration, HRIS management, and compliance
Manage the payroll process, administration, and communication for Company employees via Paylocity
Be a trusted advisor for employee relations and sensitive people matters, addressing complex issues justly and in accordance with legal requirements
Manage all aspects of workers' compensation, from claims management and safety programs to return-to-work coordination
Compliance & Total Rewards

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage our benefits program and lead annual open enrollment process
Review and update our compensation structure to remain competitive
