Technical Accounting Manager 

Hybrid remote / in office (Mon-Thurs in office, Fridays are work from home)
Located near South End Charlotte

Summary of Responsibilities:
Manage all transactional accounting for intercompany billing and corporate entities
Support accurate and timely monthly close processes for partners and corporate entities.
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial trend analyses.
Oversee Capex and KPI reporting, and ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
Lead conversion of acquired companies from cash basis to GAAP-compliant accounting
Contribute to purchase-to-price accounting and establish opening balance sheet.
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining accounting processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Assist with month end close to ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 805
Review of financial statements
Assist with ERP implementations as needed.
Knowlege of project accounting (WIP, Job Cost Reporting etc.)

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting (required)
6+ years' of related experience
Experience with construction/project accounting
CPA is not required but preferred
